Brrrr
Cold, damp morning to fish. The crappie were biting at first light and stopped, soon after the sun came up. Beautiful morning with the fog on the water. We caught enough crappie for supper, up here in north Idaho.

Canner
Canner
We had gotten 39 kokanee, for a full canner load (9 pint jars). I can for 90 minutes at 13 pounds of pressure. Each, pint jar, gets: 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke, 1/2 teaspoon of non-iodized salt, and 1 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar.
