       We got up, early, 3am to do a little kokanee fishing in Montana.  We took the neighbor, Tom...or he took us in his boat and we each caught three kokanee before the awful heat forced us off the lake.  

The big one is mine.

     We were going to fish, Montana.  But, due to the high winds, we changed plans.  We went back to Washington and caught 80 walleye and one burbot in two days.  We caught 40 fish the first day and 40 fish the second day.  Our arms are sore and time for a brief break.  I managed to catch a 20.5" walleye and Tom caught, a slightly, smaller one.  Tom caught the prize...the burbot...yummy...my favorite!!

     Our family had gone home, now to run over to Washington to catch some walleye and burbot.  Fishing was very slow, due to no or low current.

     We decided to go back and catch a few kokanee.  They caught a few bigger ones and we canned them, so they could take some canned salmon home.
